Pay your credit card bill before the weekend and avoid interest

Another good way to avoid additional interest on your account is to check what day of the week the due date falls on. Sometimes the due dates will fall on a weekend, and if you pay your bill online, you taking the risk that your payment may not be processed until the next business day. As a result, you will be paying extra on interest fees.
So double check your due dates in advanced, paying your bill a day or two earlier will not hurt, it can only save you money in the end!
